Bringing QSC people up to date. I have been using the QSC TM-8 L282100C1 daily in my home studio. Several weeks ago, I sent Kirk Fyvie files downloaded to an email at his request from L282100C1. It was my understanding that he (Kirk) was forwarding those files to whatever persons in whatever department at some undisclosed QSC location to examine, in order to determine exactly what the problem (FAILURE) is with BOTH of my TM-8 mixers. Today, I fired up L022100RQ just to see how it was doing. This mixer also has the SAME FAILURE as L282100C1. I’m not sure what you people are thinking, but I can assure you that I am most angry person you know. You have succeeded in that. Why don’t you succeed in presenting excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE instead? Tell me WHY you have NOT sent me two brand new fully functioning, and inspected, TM-8 mixers? I don’t care if you repair these two, I don’t care if you display them in the QSC hall of fame product museum. I don’t care if they get implanted in Joe Pham’s colon. I just want what you advertise as two non-defective QSC Touch Mix 8 mixers. What the hell is it going to take? Reina you and Toni are awesome. I’m 57, I’ve been a musician since I was a little kid. I started on guitar, thank’s🎸dad, and excelled on the trumpet in high school. I learned some on the keyboard during my career in the United States Navy. My 24 year old son and I both play guitar. Not only are you and Toni better than I am on guitar, my son as well, you inspire me to pick up one of my dusty guitars. I need to practice and play more and maybe one day I’ll be 1/2 as good as you and/or Toni. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for you.

I am 66 and was around when Dylan became so popular and I never thought I would hear another musician who would come along in my life time. Your lyrics remind me a lot of Dylan's songs. You definitely have his type of talent. At least I believe you do. May you and Toni have many, many more years of playing music together.

Reina del Cid is amazing- awesome video as always. I recently purchased a Shure MV-7 mic for voiceover work and it is excellent...as are all Shure products...and Reina del Cid!

It would seem that Shure could have alleviated the SM7B's notoriously low output by replacing the magnet with a neodymium magnet. I wonder why this hasn't been pursued as the output is a definite drawback.

These guys and girls all have a great thing going and a following that is growing. But now they're going to have to make a band of picked members and write their own material if they want to make it as a band. But then again maybe their happy staying as they are like a bunch of interchanging musicians!
